Being courageous is not easy and it certainly comes with a cost. Yes, courage will costs. The moment you DECIDE to be courageous it will cost you something. It might cost you time, energy, effort, and sometimes sleep. It might cost you old habits and unhealthy relationships. And it might cost you attention, dedication and your “Yes”. Yep, courage costs us something but you're worth it.

​Paying the cost for staying in a place of agonizing or dysfunctional comfort is not a cost any of us should be willing to pay.

What is it comfort costing you? What have you given up on out of fear? What opportunities have you backed out of because you let fear convince you to give up? I'm sure the answer to these questions are not ones that you care to recall but it's necessary in order to move forward.
