It's time to re-examine where you invest your "yes" and start boldly exercising your "no". Be intentional about where you invest your "yes" because it will cost you something...financially, emotionally, and spiritually. 

What are those things that you've said "yes" to in your life that might not be yielding a return on your investment? “No” is not a bad word. These two letters, N-O, can make the biggest difference in how you set healthy boundaries in your life and can make room for other things that God is putting higher on your priority list. There is a season for everything.
